Adjust the number of users
Only the practice owner can adjust the number of users in the subscription via Settings > Subscription. You increase or decrease the number of licenses in your plan; this is different from inviting a user.

The Change number of users option is available for an active subscription and verifies that you own the practice.
Go to Settings.
Open Subscription.
Click Change number of users.
Enter the desired number of users under New number. The number must be positive and different from the current number.
Click Next.
Confirm the change.
Increase
When increasing the number, the flow displays a cost and order section before you confirm.
Decrease
You cannot decrease the number below the number of active users plus pending invitations. First remove enough users before confirming the decrease.
When decreasing the number, no money is refunded. After a successful decrease, you will see Plan updated, and the new number will apply from the next license renewal.
Difference from inviting users
Inviting a user adds a colleague to your Vetocare and counts as an additional license. Adjusting the number of users in the subscription changes the number of licenses in your plan. See Invite users and User roles for the roles and invitation flow.
