Updates

One search function for the entire practice: open the search modal via the search field below the logo or with Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) and search clients, animals, and invoices at the same time, with tabs for each category and keyboard navigation. The Invoices tab is only visible to users with invoice permissions and matches invoice number, client or company name, and invoice line descriptions.

Searching is now case- and accent-insensitive: zoe also finds Zoë. This also applies to the ABC bar below the client overview and below client lists, and the letter filter on the list page now shows only the members of the list. The old live search dropdown and the separate search screen with View all results have been replaced by the search modal. Read Searching in Vetocare to learn how it works and Client lists to learn how to search within a list.

You can now archive a client from the client's edit screen. Archiving removes the client from lists and search results, just like deleting, and cancels future appointments and reminders for the client. You can find archived clients under Clients > Archived. From that list, use Unarchive to return a client to the regular lists; the client's record opens immediately afterward.

You can now correct an incorrectly entered lot number or expiry date directly from a product’s stock, without changing the total stock. If the new lot number already exists, you can combine the lot stocks by merging them. Lot lines also have quick increase and decrease buttons. Case printouts and reports show more animal and owner details and follow your visibility settings. You can change your own language at any time, while the practice’s language and region settings are available only to administrators.

Castration products can automatically update an animal’s sex, while euthanasia products can immediately register an animal as deceased, archive the record, and adjust future appointments, reminders, and workflow actions. Products can also be marked for human use, euthanasia, or castration. The invoice overview remembers your selected period, status and payment method filters, and restores your position when you return.

Belgian practices can prepare, check, complete, and send antibiotic registrations directly to VAMREG. You can see which registrations require action, check the CNK code, target animal species, veterinarian, and quantity, and track the status and history of each registration. Successfully submitted registrations are recorded permanently.

The product line editor has been updated with a clearer layout, and amounts are recalculated immediately when you adjust the quantity, price, or discount. You can set a discount percentage for each invoice line, sell to clients at cost price by default, and keep track of lot numbers for each product. Support for DYMO label printers has also been expanded.

Appointments display the animal’s name and status as a color bar, and warnings appear as an icon next to the animal’s or client’s name. Subscription invoices are sent as PDF attachments and can be found under the invoices. There is also a new report showing revenue per product group and VAT rate, which you can export to Excel.

Start terminal payments directly from an invoice, track the payment status in real time, and link the payment to the invoice. Sent invoices can show the status Outstanding or Partially paid, and the sending history shows when and by whom an invoice was sent. You can also add manual terminals and link payments to them.

Group animals by status, drag them between statuses, and filter or search by status, animal, or client. You can configure statuses, colors, and the order for each practice. In addition, UBL invoices are automatically included when you export invoices as a ZIP file.

Automate tasks, reminders, or inbox messages when products are prescribed, and link workflows to products or product groups. Animal and client numbers are generated automatically and are available as a dynamic field for emails, labels, and records. For Exact exports, you can select a journal for each country.

Sales prices based on purchase margins can be automatically rounded to multiples of 5, 10, 25, or 50 cents, or end in .90, .95, or .99. Export reports to Excel with active filters and numeric amounts, and filter the team overview by team members. You can also add hyperlinks to letters and email signatures.

Display the QR code for a payment link directly from an invoice, so the client can scan and pay immediately. UBL files now also include the corresponding PDF invoice, and you can add and manage your own contact types.
