I can't select Add reporting per animal
You can select Add reporting per animal only when at least one animal has been added to the intake, or when you have enabled the option that allows the client to add animals themselves. Without either of these, there is no animal for which the report can be created, so the option remains disabled.
Why the option is disabled
The report per animal is added to each animal in the intake. The option can therefore only be enabled when there is an animal to link the report to. This is the case as soon as you have added a previously known animal or configured the intake so that the client can add animals themselves.
How to enable the option
Choose one of the two ways to link an animal to the intake; Add reporting per animal will then become available.
Add a previously known animal. Select Add previously known animals and choose an animal from the - Add an animal selector. The selected animals appear as rows.
Allow the client to add animals themselves. Select Allow adding animals yourself. This also makes the reporting option available without a previously known animal being selected.
Selecting Allow adding animals yourself does not select a report yet. You must still select Add reporting per animal and choose a report form; the report selector appears only after the option has been enabled.
When a client has no known active animals, Add previously known animals is disabled as well. In that case, use the option that allows the client to add animals themselves.
