Change history

All sales and inventory changes are recorded in Vetocare. To make corrections or view the inventory history, go to the "Change history".

Change history for one product

To access the change history, navigate to "Products". Then select the product whose change history you want to view and click the "History" button.

You will now see a window containing the change history of the product you selected earlier.

You can also use the search bar to look for specific changes in the history. For example, you can see all decreases by searching for "AF", and all increases by searching for "BIJ". You can also search by reason, quantities, and dates.

Change history for all products

To view the change history for all products, click the arrow next to "Products" in the menu. Then select the "Inventory history" option. You will then see another large table containing all changes.

You can also filter the results here. For example, you can search by client name, supplier (only for BIJ), lot number, and reason. You can also set a period within which the change must have occurred. You can filter for increases or decreases only using the "Additions" or "Decreases" checkboxes. It is also possible to display only narcotics, antibiotics, or cascade products. Finally, there is a filter to display only products within certain product groups.

You can also export the table in Excel format using the "Export" button. The export also respects the filters that have been set.
