Change username
Go to Settings → Change username to change the name that colleagues see in Vetocare. This page only changes the Name field; your login details remain the email address and password you use to log in.
Change your own name
You can change your own name at any time. You do not need to log in with a different name.
Go to Settings in the menu.
Open Change username.
Enter the desired name in the Name field.
Click Save. The message Changes saved. appears.
What this page does and does not change
The Change username page only changes the visible name, even though the label suggests it is a login name. Your login name is your email address and remains unchanged.
If you want to change a colleague's name instead of your own, do so as the owner or administrator via Settings → Subscription → Manage users. See User roles to learn who has access to user management.
