Change subscription plan
You can upgrade your Vetocare plan to a higher plan yourself via Settings > Subscription. You cannot downgrade to a lower plan yourself; please contact Vetocare to do so.
Upgrade subscription
The Choose another plan option is available for an active subscription and verifies that the practice belongs to you.
Go to Settings.
Open Subscription.
Click Choose another plan.
Choose a New plan. The selection list includes your current plan and plans at a higher level.
Click Next.
On the confirmation page, check the amount that will be charged starting with the next payment.
Confirm by clicking Confirm.
The confirmation displays Upgrade subscription and confirms that your current plan will be changed.
Downgrade subscription
Lower plans are not offered as an option in the plan selection. The current settings only allow upgrades; to downgrade to a lower plan, please contact Vetocare.
Reduce the number of users
Reducing only the number of users is a separate action and does not change the plan. See Adjust number of users.
