Print an animal record or a completed report, or save it as a PDF. The output follows your practice’s record visibility settings and displays animal and owner details such as the animal number, sex, and the owner’s visiting address and phone numbers only when those fields are enabled and a value has been entered.
Print or save an animal record as a PDF
The export options are available in the Export menu of the animal record.
Open the animal record.
Under Export, select Print or Save as PDF.
Print or save a report as a PDF
The export options appear for an existing, saved report.
Open the completed report.
Under Export, select Print or Save as PDF.
Data that appears
A printout can include the animal’s number and sex, as well as the owner’s visiting address, phone number, and mobile number. These fields appear only when they are enabled in record visibility and a value has been entered. Report letters use the same data.
