To export invoices, we offer various options:

Export invoice list to an Excel file It is possible to export the invoice data to an Excel file. For example, it is possible to make calculations or make a quarterly statement for the sales tax. With this you get an Excel file with a table there with information such as the invoice number, important dates, the client and his / her address, amounts such as sales, VAT amounts and VAT percentages.

You can do this export by navigating to your invoice overview (via 'Invoices' in the menu), and then pressing 'Export'> 'Save as Excel file' at the top left. This will automatically download the file.

Export one invoice to a Pdf file Via a Pdf file you can export an invoice as completely as possible in a way that it can be easily printed or forwarded. You can do this export by opening an invoice via a client or via the invoice overview, and then pressing 'Download' at the top left. This will automatically download the file.

Exporting the invoice list to a ZIP file A combination of the two options above is also possible, by exporting the invoice list as a ZIP file. With this you get a file with there in the Excel file and per PDF a PDF file. You can do this export by navigating to your invoice overview (via 'Invoices' in the menu), and then pressing 'Export'> 'Save as Excel file' at the top left.

Since this export can sometimes take a few minutes, depending on the number of invoices exported, you will be redirected to a page that shows the status of the export. If you leave this page open, the download will eventually start automatically. By the way, an email will always be sent as soon as the download is ready, to the user who has requested this export.

Automatically export invoices via Vetocare Connect As a further option, we offer a Vetocare Connect plan with which your invoices can be automatically exported to Moneybird and Exact, among others.
