It is a possibility to have a separate e-mail address for your Vetocare account and for contact with customers. This article is intended for when you want to set up an email address for contacting customers.

To set your contact e-mail address, navigate through "Settings" to "Settings for sending e-mails".

You only have to fill in 2 fields when setting:

Sender name - This is the sender's name, people will see this before they open the email.

Practice e-mail address - The e-mail address to which customer responses are sent, for example, responses to appointment reminders.

Finally, press the "Save" button to save the settings.
