It is possible to have your reports filled in by your clients. Via this functionality it is possible that you create a new form, optionally fill in a part and then send it to your client, so that he / she can complete the rest of the information.
This can be useful if, for example, required information is missing from the client or his / her animals, if a lot of information has to be requested, which is difficult for example via a telephone call, or if information is needed for which your client may need a little more time. to find out.
Note: If the intention is to show only a report, it is recommended to export the report instead of sharing, to prevent unnecessary changes to the report.
Share a report
If you want to have a new report filled in, you must first create it. You could optionally leave this blank or enter the known information in advance.
With a report you will see a button 'Have the client fill in' at the top left. If you press this you start the process to share this report. This sharing is always via an unique link.
Here you get two options.
The first option is to forward this link via e-mail to the client. With this option you will be redirected to the Send e-mail screen, where a standard piece of text with this link is pre-filled.
The second option is to copy this link. With this option a screen will pop up with the generated link in it, which you can then copy and send to the client manually.
As soon as this unique link is opened, the client will see the same form as what you would see.
Manage a shared report
If you open a report from Vetocare which is currently shared, you will see a message at the top of the form with information about sharing.
If this report has not yet been submitted by the client, it will include the following actions:
Resend e-mail - This gives you the option to resend the generated link to the client, for example as a reminder that this report has yet to be completed.
Copy link - This opens the screen again with the generated link to the shared report.
Stop sharing - This stops sharing this report, and the existing link will no longer be accessible.
As soon as a report is sent by the client, the standard e-mail address of the practice will receive an e-mail and an Inbox notification will appear. In this case the report will still have to be approved. For example, approving a report may mean that you have done your follow-up actions.
