In the inbox you receive important (system)messages on which you can possibly take actions. By default when you open the inbox it will be filtered for messages that require an action, but you can change this filter if necessary so that you can also see messages from, for example, intakes and forms that the client is still working with, or which are already marked as rounded.
With every message in your inbox you will see which data is relevant to this. For example, with a report you will always see the client and possibly his / her animals to which this report is linked.
At this moment you can find the following in the inbox:
Shared reports - Shared reports are included in this list by default, so that you can see exactly the status of this report. As soon as the report is sent by the client, this will appear as unread in the inbox so that you will not miss it.
Intakes - All intake processes can be found here, so you can see exactly what the status of this intake is. As soon as the intake is sent, this will appear as unread in the inbox so that you will not miss this.
