Via invoices it is possible to invoice different products per animal. Collective invoices goes one step further by offering the possibility to make an invoice for several animals of a client, with different products that are attributed to these animals.

Add products to animals

The first step for a collective invoice is to add products. This is done per animal, so it is always known what each animal gets attributed to you.

To do this, open the relevant client and then the relevant animal. On the overview of this animal is a block 'Products'. From this block you can add one or more products by means of the + button, with the amount and possibly an explanation.

Create collective invoice

If you have added all products to the relevant animals, you can now start making a collective invoice. You do this by going to the overview of the client, and then going to the block with 'Invoices'. Here you then have a button  that takes you to a new page.

On this page, if the products have been added, you will see a list of all animals and all products that have not yet been invoiced. Here you can check what you want to add to your invoice and then click on 'New invoice' to create this new invoice.

An invoice will then be created with the client selected and the products already added as invoice lines. You could also manually add extra lines or change existing ones.
