It is possible to send e-mails directly to your clients via Vetocare, or indirectly via, for example, reminders, appointment confirmations and many other functionalities.
Through e-mail senders you can ensure that these e-mail messages that are sent to your clients or contacts, seem as if they come from your own e-mail addresses. This also ensures that if people start answering these e-mails, it will always arrive at the same e-mail address.

At least one e-mail sender is required for all e-mail functionalities within Vetocare. This will be your default e-mail address. To set this, you will need to go to your 'Settings', and under the 'E-mails' heading you will find the 'E-mail senders' button.
Here you can add new senders or adjust existing senders.
To verify that e-mails can actually be received at these addresses, we will send you an e-mail with a link there to verify this.
