Animal products

The file of an animal contains all products administered to the animal. Here you can take various actions related to these products.

Adding a product

By pressing"+ Product", you can select and add products to this animal. These will then appear here in the list.

Creating an invoice

By pressing"+ Invoice", you can choose products from the animal and create an invoice. It is therefore possible to first add products to the animal and then create an invoice for them.

Writing off

By means of the "Write off" button it is possible to make mutations for selected products on the stock. So you could mutate products that aren't put on an invoice in this way.

Creating a logbook document

The "Document" button makes it possible to create a logbook for selected products.

Info

The info button provides some extra information about the icons that can be seen in product lines, furthermore, this offers you the possibility to disable the Logbook feature.

Label printing

If a label printer is configured and the product has labels turned on, you can print out a label for a product via this button. The text on the label is still customizable before you print out the label.

Edit product entry

By pressing a product line, you can edit it. By pressing "Additional information", some additional fields appear. Furthermore, you can remove the product line by pressing "Delete".
