Via an intake is it possible to send a registration form for an animal to a client so that it is automatically added to your environment with the information that the client fills in for you.
When creating this intake, it is an option for the client to add his own animals, or you can directly indicate for which animals you want to take this intake. The client can then add up to 10 different animals. If it is indicated when making the intake, a report can also be added automatically for each animal. For example, you can attach an case history form that contains fields that are not available in the standard form.
Animal information - All information regarding the animal. This is the same screen as what you would if you added an animal normally.
Report per animal - If indicated, a report will be added per animal at the intake. These contain exactly the same fields as what you indicated in the template.
At the end of the intake there is always a possibility for the client to add extra information, if he/she has extra information available.
Animals from a client who is still busy with the intake are, despite the label, fully available as a normal animal. This means that appointments, reports and invoices can simply be made under the name of this animal.
Create intake
To create an intake, go to 'Clients' in the menu and open the relevant client. Within this overview is a block 'Animals'. In this block there are two buttons at the top left; 'Add animal' and 'Via intake'. Use the second button for the intake. If this button is not available, this means that the client is still working on another intake, and this will first have to be completed or terminated.
Here you can select what you need for your intake. You can therefore indicate the animals in advance, choose if the client enters this himself, or a combination of both.
Once everything has been filled in, and you have pressed 'Save', a screen will appear where you can choose how you want to send this intake.
When sharing this you get two important things; an unique link to this intake, and a corresponding personal code. These two are both required for the client to be able to complete these intake forms.
